I don’t know if it’s just me, but even with the tech in mario kart 8 and deluxe,in online it always felt like you had a real shot of winning every race while in world it feels like everything just only matters in the last 15 seconds. I guess that makes it even more of a chance for anyone to win a race but really makes it hard to care to even try when i know im just gonna get so comically mario karted in the last stretch to the point where it’s almost a hyperbole of what getting mario karted is.
