Vertical Locking Issues
Been trying to not post this dang tv again, but I’m fresh out ideas so here were are lol. I’ve finally got the linearity looking pretty good, but I can’t seem to get the vertical to lock now, which is especially annoying because it was fine before the linearity was fixed. So far what I’ve done is replace the filter cans, vertical integrator, which is one of those couplate things, wax capacitors, and any resistor that was out of spec. In the video it decided to lock for a lot longer than it usually does, but it still started rolling again. It’s strange because it seems to lock, then randomly start rolling again, and the speed/direction of the rolling will change randomly. It kinda looks like the image is pulsing when it is holding still, and almost as if one of those pulses sets the rolling off. Any suggestions are appreciated, and if this is some big issue you can’t fix easily I’ll prolly just say good enough and move on to the next project cuz the picture tubes not that bright anyways😪
