Rather new to this. I am rebalancing my portfolios to derisk from the US. I will still hold funds such as VOO/AVUV, so I’m thinking of selling VWRA to get EXUS + EIMI. I imagine this reduces overlap and increases my exposure to the rest of the world.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

Hello! I’ve been looking around for flooring options for my upcoming BTO. Tiles are definitely the tried and tested option.

I recently came across hybrid wood flooring. Has anyone got them before? I would like to know about maintenance, and how well it holds up to wear.
