Hi, seeking for advice on how I should progress with my career. I have been working for 7 years and haven’t left the same company since I start. I progress from shared services consultant (3 years) analyst (2years) and team leader (2 years). Currently I feel burned out with the work i think managing people is not my forte and would like to shift to a work more in line with accounting.

I graduated with Accountancy degree but unfortunately did not pass CPALE. Any advice on what career track I should start pursuing and skills to look at for improvement?
