It kinda looks like BAND AI but not sure. I’ve never seen one in person so idk if it should have texture?

Card stores in Japan
I know there are hundreds of card stores all over Tokyo and Osaka, but I was curious if most have One Piece? I feel like most of the shops will be only Pokemon. Curious if anyone has any experience and any recommended shops for RAW one piece cards in Tokyo or Osaka area.
