Recently made a sale of a retail item . Retail packaging has a small tear and buyer wants refund . Should I offer a discount or accept the return ? I have no issue ether way just don't want to take the chance of negative feedback

Great Time to be a Sneakerhead. Done Cop'd the Flight Club 4's, White Metallic 5's ,Banned Lows and the Toros all way under retail. Love seeing the Scalpers get caught holding the bag. I told myself no more but can't say no to these deals
