Hey Guys, I am trying to use Sim Settlements Conquest and have all required mods installed including Rise Of the Commonwealth. I was wondering how I make it so that the settlements are not pre built at the start but when I claim them then they get built by my settlers. I have tried messing with these mods and have watched Kinggaths videos but am unable to figure out how to do this. Help would be appreciated.
