Started using the inside of my cabinet door for storage. What other "hidden" spaces am I missing?

My kitchen is tiny and I rent, so drilling holes or making permanent changes isn't really an option.

I recently added this over-the-door organizer inside one of my cabinets for spices, garlic and a few cleaning tools, and I'm surprised by how much counter space it freed up. It's one of those changes that took maybe five minutes but made the kitchen feel a lot less cramped.

Now I'm wondering what other overlooked storage spots people use in small kitchens.

What's the most useful organization trick you've found that doesn't require drilling or permanent installation?

I'd love ideas because I'm always looking for ways to make this space work a little better.
