Brand new to the concept, so please bear with me .

We live in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, in one of the best neighborhoods, and have a one-bedroom in-law unit attached to our house, facing the golf course, in a gated community.

How easy would it be to use it as a place for exchange, and how many points should I ask for?

At the moment, we just want to accumulate some points and get some reviews and use the points later as I have heard that it is hard to get accepted to places without having any reviews.

Also, I have many reviews on Airbnb. Is that helpful at all as a guest?

I have Torbox and Real D‑Bird and was able to download using either of them without problems on my Samsung S25. However, I could not download on my Samsung tablet S10, and as of yesterday I cannot download on either device. I haven't changed any settings. Any help will be appreciated.
