Nausea and no appetite again after 2 weeks
Hi!
I started to quit weed maybe 2 weeks ago and lowered my dose from around 100mg a day to 20/30mg then to 10/5mg as the worst of my symptoms wore off.
Two days ago was my first day having nothing at all and all of the withdrawal symptoms have started up again.I wasnt able to sleep at all first night without it, tried to have some last night so I could at least get a bit of sleep but ended up with a panic attack and a resting heart rate over 120 after 2mg, and I only ended up getting maybe 3 hours of sleep. Before today I was able to start eating proper meals again, but today I could only stomach a small bowl of mash potato for breakfast and an apple for dinner. Both meals made me bloat so bad as well.
Im so frustrated, even with tapering off losing 80mg was rough but I thought I was mostly over the digestive issues at this point. Im so confused about what Ive done wrong here.
