Exactly what the title says! I wanted to breastfeed for as long as possible to be honest but my LO will be a year old at the end of this month and her chomping my nipples is becoming an almost constant thing. Paired with the fact my production seems to be decreasing as she is less interested in my milk and more interested in solids, how do I start the transition? She has already tried and enjoys milk (I’ve given her sips of lactose free milk) but as a FTM I feel so ignorant and I’m so so so upset that I can’t nurse/feed as long as I envisioned being able to.
