I've never had insomnia a day in my life and haven't had any anxiety for like 4 years. After taking the last pill of a five day dose I was fine and then around 24 hours later I had horrible anxiety, threw up and then couldn't sleep even though I was so tired I felt so unwell and I was waves of anxiety just coming over me and I was shaking and unable to sleep till I took an Ativan. What can I do to get better and back to normal I can't live like this I'm suffering so badly please help me.
