Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place for such a concern or if anyone will be able to help but I said I'd ask anyway. I purchased 2x gold circle tier 2 tickets back in the September presale for lewis capaldi on 11/07, which is clearly outlined in my email confirmation. however when I view the tickets in my axs account, they are labelled as "GA," something everyone would assume to mean general admission. this is obviously not what I paid for and I'm becoming increasingly worried. I have submitted a ticket request to axs so I'm hoping to hear from them soon but I would love if anyone would be able to weigh in on this if possible/something similar happened to them/anything else I can do. thanks in advance !!
