Last-minute winery cave tour options

Good afternoon.

This Friday, May 22, I will be in Santa Rosa with two friends. We have an appointment for a food/wine pairing at 10:30 AM at St. Francis Winery and were hoping to follow that up with a tour of caves/cellars around 2 PM.

For this stop, we were hoping for an option that focused more on the excellence of the wine itself than on the pairing experience. Also, I like the idea of the cave tour and seeing how the wine is made and aged. The original plan was the Estate tour at Stag's Leap, but by the time I figured everything out, it had sold out.

Does anyone have similar recommendations for a place that might have last-minute spots available?

A tasting with a variety of whites, reds, and even dessert wines would be nice, but if we had to choose one category, I'd have to stick with reds.
