8x2 3200mhz Ddr4 Ram

gigabyte B450-H motherboard

My CPU is currently bottlenecking my GPU. I have $580 with me. Should I move to AM5, get a B650 Pro, and Ryzen 7 7700x? And RAM if I can actually find some. But the problem is that I can't upgrade the GPU if I upgrade to AM5. Any Tips?
