I am in the market to buy XLE 8 seats Heavy Steel color , looks like it is hard to find. One dealer is suggesting to buy LE and install after market leather seats for 3000 and an additional 700 if I want heated seats. My question to the community is

1. Will this cause any air bags issue ?

2. Is this even worth it , what am I losing by going 1 trim down.
