Hey, does anyone know the number and email to contact HR? Because my store manager has screwed up on both my vacation pay and my bereavement pay and I am not the only one they messed up on for vacation pay I am going to contact both my union and HR first before even speaking to them because a lot of us are fed up with this store manager. If they cannot do something that simple then they should not be running a store... I would like to email them as well so I have a paper trail against the manager and have evidence of their incompetence. I really hope I'm not the only one that their store manager is screwing them over actively. But I know that might not be true

So for my fellow fellow front end peeps what's your pet peevees while on the registers? I have 3. One when customers reach over your register to scan there own club card... Like plz don't reach over to scan your own card seriously. Two when a customer has a cart full of items you get done scanning and start bagging and they just stand there. Like I know it's our job to bag stuff but seriously you can get off your phone or whatever and help out, especially if you had a car full to the brim of items... Three the fucken dumbass ai that is forced upon us while at the register Even if you move an items slightly to the left, it freaks out Even as your about to scan the damn item as well like they want us to be fast on scanning items. But then that stupid AI always pops up every five freaking seconds... So damn annoying... Anyone else have the same things as me?

The way how managers are running these stores and treating the workers nowadays is honestly atrocious. The only thing keeping us from quitting is how shit the economy is right now and health insurance... Especially when you live in States that kinda force you to have it or they penalize you on your taxes... Tbh I'm running on fumes at this point With all the schedule changes/ unconsistent schedules hours etc.... anyone else really feeling the burn out and just have the daily thoughts of just quitting but really can't because how things are rn?

Can anyone remind me again why is it a good idea to keep the damn thing open till closing? Our store is open till midnight and welp all the interesting characteristers come in after 10... Ngl I just stand there anyways... Im not stopping ppl just because they didn't scan anything around that time since ppl are more something late night...

Anyone else do the " anonymous survey" I answered what I answered.... It's not like they really going to read it anyways....

Who in your opinion think is cheaper? Did a fresh order the other day and a lot of stuff on there Safeway can easily charge 5 , 9 , 10 dollars easy on there .. now fresh may or may not have every thing but God damn Safeway you really do be overchargeing for the very simple things too.. what y'all think?
