Battery gave out after 5 months
After 5 months my ring has stopped working. Seems like this is a well known issue caused by their software update. I've contacted customer support and tried the reset the suggested to no avail. Hoping they make this right with either a replacement or refund.
I am worried if they send a replacement that it will have the same issue down the line. Anyone else experiencing this right now?
