Coparenting with difficult, highly manipulative person
My coparenting situation is very difficult and I don't know what to do. My coparent argues over everything like I want to have a bump examined on my daughters body and he says I can't go to the doctor and threatens to cancel the visit.
We are going to a parenting coordinator soon.
But he twists situations like if I take my daughter to the ER after a 5 day fever, I am over medicalizing but if I don't take the other daughter afterwards (who caught the same virus right after that first daughter ended up not needing treatment for), I am neglecting her. He won't let me see an ENT to assess my daughter who has adenoid and tonsil issues.
After he saw the doctor for the "neglected" daughter, he took me off the medical records and had the doctor prescribe a sedating antihistamine then didn't tell me he administered it until the next day. I still can't get the medical records from that visit and figure out why he had a sedative prescribed.
I am exhausted from this person. I know when I go to the parenting coordinator, I am going to be dealing with constant manipulation of the truth.
