I saw a post on IG showing check-in lines a mile long today. I believe it was at Ocean. Why would it be this crowded in mid May? Is there some special event going on today or this week? Doesn’t anyone work anymore?

Could anyone here recommend a good Urology Center in this area for treating BPH with surgery (other than TURP)?
Current uro is only interested in treating with pills- Finasteride and Alfuzosin which aren’t helping. Had 2 cystoscopes and 2 ultrasounds which confirmed.
Prostate is @58 cm with severe bladder trabecultion and large diverticulum.
PSA normal @.9
Why can’t they just invent a stent for the urethra, to widen it in the place where the prostate is squeezing/ narrowing it? They can do it in a major artery flowing blood, it wouldn’t work for a urethra and urine?
