Guys, I am asking about the proper way of simulating and testing out your program in F-safe CPUs. As you know, forcing isn't allowed when dealing with safety programs.
I want to simulate my logic using plcsim advanced and also I am curious to know how it is realistically "in plants" done?

I am struggling with changing the appearance of graphical objects from Siemens Library in my Comfort HMI. When I simulate, the appearance doesn't change as library objects are not dynamic. And putting invisible basic objects on top of them is much of a hassle especially if I have elbows and lots of complicated stuff.
What is the professional solution for this?

Hi guys,
I am a male with a 7-year experience in instrumentation in the oil and gas industry. Lately, I decided to transition to Automation as instrumentation doesn't fascinate me more. Moreover, I have always wanted to be a plc and Dcs programmer.
So I started learning Siemens PLCs because it is more common than Allen Bradly in Africa, Asia and even Europe. However, I suss out that without a real job; what I am doing and the effort I am putting in is just useless. And getting a job without experience is nearly impossible.
So what do you guys suggest and what should I do?

Although I have been learning English for a while, I am still not capable enough to speak fluently about some certain topics, or come up with the level I have been aiming to achieve.
On the contrary, I see you guys writing fluently with no mistakes whatsoever or do you constantly use AI tools.
Any advice on how to jump to C1 level?
