I recently pick up Storm for fun, and decided to main her for a while. I have a few question in mind about her kit:

-Is it better to use Wind or Lightning in her neutral?

-What about in team war? Should i pop the wind to slow enemies, or pop the lightning to deal damage around me?

I have a good understanding about her kit, just wanted to know people opinion about her ideal time of using wind and lightning
