Infuriating first negative feedback out of 500+

Buyer purchased item with the title shown and then claimed I had mislead her by not stating there was 5 plates not 6 because she had read 6” in the title and hadn’t looked at the photos - supposedly had never heard of the “ symbol before - am I insane in assuming this was common knowledge? I would never try to mislead anyone. 🤦‍♂️

Edit: I offered a full refund upon return and she said she will never return it and will just block me so I don’t get my money, two days later she accepts the order and leaves negative feedback.
