The Boss’ visual remake in Delta is exceptional.

She not only just looks great, she communicates every emotion with a single glance.

I know it’s a 1:1 remaster of the original but she looks just so much sadder and sterner with the redesign and much higher graphical fidelity, and she’s really striking every time she appears.

She communicates everything with a single look, she doesn’t even have to speak at all.

Have you guys seen the movie Eye in the Sky?

It centers on drone warfare and the ethics surrounding it, from the point of view largely on the people who makes those decisions in war rooms, and much like the drone operators, divorced from the immediate horror.

Incredibly disturbing story for how relevant it always is. Helen Mirren gives her best performance ever as far as I’m concerned, to the extent that she is hopefully not anything like that character in life.

It’s also Alan Rickman’s final performance and it’s a wonderfully empathetic performance.
