Trifecta Property Management

Hello! My apartment complex got bought by Ben Swan, who has made himself very hard to contact. Recently they made the switch from property management companies from crown property management to trifecta property management. However, Trifecta seems to have literally formed the month the switch happened. With no website and a google subscription voicemail I feel very uncomfortable with the situation. Theres no posting of maintenance hours, or a plan in place for emergency maintenance. It seems like they literally do not exist. I’m not sure if my rights are being violated? I’m not even sure what to do.

Asking for hope

I’ve only been a developer for 4 years. I got into the field because Ioved what I saw when visiting work spaces. An encouraging environment that wanted you to take time to up skill. And I can’t say the pay wasn’t a factor.
But in the past 3 years it took a sharp bleak turn. Companies want you to know everything, want experience in every single language ever and don’t want to teach you anything. They want you flawless. And the pay keeps going down more and more. To be candid I feel anger and resentment for “having done things the right way” and worked my butt off only to make less than most people and still be eeking by while my job is hard every day. Not to mention the anger I feel at what feels like the business side using ai as a punishment to the stem side for making money and having demands. I hate the lack of understanding of ai not being a replacement for the worker but a tool they could use.
I guess I just want any good news. Any hope someone can offer that things can get better again. That workers won’t have to be scared for their life forever. But I don’t know if thats coming.

Hello! I really want to start learning Spanish with in person classes for adults if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences that they really enjoyed?
