Nurse Kim Tate
This is my wishful thinking and opinion, but I really do hope Nurse Kim Tate played by actress and real life RN Ambar Martinez gets a more defined backstory, personal stakes or even a dedicated episode in Season 3.
Having Ambar Martinez as both an actor and an RN shows the little behavioral details - the calmness, the body language around patients, even how naturally she moves through scenes compared to actors just “playing medical.” She pretty much was effortless in this environment on screen.
In Season 1, we got the slow-burn workplace chemistry with her and Dr. Whitaker and his "accidents".
In Season 2, her lines were very minimal (The only time I remembered anything she said this past season was about her inquiring with other nurses about Louie passed away), and changes to her look, being the clothes and different ponytail.
In Season 3, let's hope they give my favorite character and nurse and character her deserved and due props.
