Help for autistic friend who is homeless

Hello! I have a friend in Homewood who is autistic, disabled and living in a motel (very precariously) after escaping a DV situation and needs clothing and other resources. They are taking care of their mother and cat. I’m sure they could use things like pet food/supplies, office clothing to interview for other jobs, basic home goods etc. Do you know of easy ways for them to get resources since they don't have a car? They also need help with employment so I've tried to connect them to local employment services/charities etc but that is a lot of work on their part to even get in touch with anyone since they have been unable to pay their mobile phone bill. They have a job but hours have been cut and they've been discriminated against repeatedly.

Any support or connections you can offer are appreciated. I live far away and can't help them directly.

Thank you so much for reading!!!!

UPDATE:

Thank you so much for all the great resources. I've compiled everything I have found (100+ resources) into a spreadsheet here in case it can help anyone else. Please note I have not included resources for senior citizens which can be found here.
