Does anyone have tips to streamline some of the fussy bookkeeping (particularly between scenarios) in Frosthaven?

I find myself getting a little frustrated with how clunky a lot of the bookkeeping between scenarios feels. I've played Gloomhaven pretty extensively (lots of playtime across two play groups) and never felt this way playing that. But Frosthaven feels so much more fiddly. We're in our first winter so we aren't super far into the game and maybe it'll get better as we go along.

It's not like we're playing at a small table but juggling back and forth between the sheets of stickers, section book, scenarios placards, rule book, and frosthaven map just feels clunky.
