High-Calorie Snack Foods

Hello!

I've been animal based for about 6ish months now and I'm currently trying to find a way to get more calories in. My daily caloric intake is around 3,100 most days, as I'm pretty active. I lift weights 3-4 days a week and also train Muay Thai, twice per week in the gym and a few sessions at home as well. At my current caloric intake, I'm slowly gaining weight, which is what I want, but it's started to slow a bit. I'm wanting to add an extra 300ish calories per day.

My main diet is:

Breakfast: Smoothie made with kefir, frozen fruit, whey protein, butter

Snack: Cheese and dates

Lunch: 1/2lb ground beef with butter, side of fruit

Snack: 2 cups of milk, cheese, dates

Dinner: 1/2lb ground beef with butter(or a steak or something with equivalent calories), side of fruit

I don't want to eat even more cheese and dates, as that gets a bit old. What other good options are there?

I really want a good cafe racer/moto jacket, preferably brown and made of steerhide leather. I really like the offerings from Schott, but I just don’t have $1100 to spend right now. I also am a bit uneasy about buying used, as I am tall and thin, which makes getting everything just right very difficult.

I’m leaning towards the Vanson comet at the moment, but beyond that, I don’t really even know what else is out there. Anyone have some other suggestions? Max budget I’d say is about $700
