How to take video when packaging a card?

I'm a new seller, I just had my first sale. I don't want to get scammed so I plan to record a video of me packaging the card, I already know how to securely do it so it doesn't get damaged during shipping.

What to keep in mind and show exactly or can someone link me a video on how it's done properly to have the most proof if something goes wrong?

I want to get these two but I want to know how much bigger they are to the Sitting Cuties/Fit series and the All Star and Poke Plush version to justify the cost to import from Japan to Europe. It's a bit difficult to understand with the sizing guide, does anybody have a picture of them together?
