Vevor instructions

I got a Vevor 5 gal stovetop still for Christmas. I'm trying to make moonshine with it. I like to think that I am not a dumb person. I'm doing my vinegar run and I am taking this weekend to do a sacrifical run. If it wasn't for sites like this I would be toast.

However this instruction book sucks. Where do the flour seals go? What should I start my heat at on my sac run? Is it safe to just pour out the sac run?

Help a southern girl not screw this up.
