Hi Everyone. I recently got a Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro wired mouse as a birthday gift. It worked for a few days and then suddenly stopped. Mouse is seen in Icue under the software tab but not in dashboard. Old harpoon rgb(non pro) still works and is seen in software tab but also not dashboard.

Pro has a solid red light constantly shining. Seems to be detected in device manager but no updating helps. I've reinstalled windows 11 and Icue( went through the whole cleanup process with win+r. I've sent the mouse back suspecting faulty hardware but the new one does the same thing. Rolling back Icue also does nothing.

I don't know if there's a way to check if my usb ports might be faulty.

Usb automatic shut off is disabled via power management.
