Description of Original Problem: My fans are not detected and do not spin in windows or bazzite. This is not zero rpm mode this is under any load.
Troubleshooting: I've tried other apps like fan control in windows, the AMD software manual settings, cooler control and LACT in Bazzite. I have tried remounting the card, I have tried fresh drivers on windows and linux. Is there anything left to do before RMA?
