Looking to get dental work in Korea.

So, I have always disliked my teeth because they are small and gapped...

I have a trip planned to go to Japan later this year and I plan to stop in Korea and do dental work. I have been talking to a few places in Korea already and want a second opinion. Tried to get a professional opinion and the place I went to, I didn't actually speak to the doctor and when I said something about fixing my teeth, they had this woman talk to me and suggest Vaneers and tried to sell me on them (local USA office).

The clinic I talked to suggested:

Onlays zercirum crowns for the bottom teeth to widen the bite (14/13 since I'm missing a tooth in the back) and full crowns for the anterior teeth.

At first I was concerned about this because I don't want to grind away healthy teeth but they told me that wouldn't need to do much grinding as I have tons of spacing and the full crowns are going to be used where there is already tons of wear to protect the teeth.

The total cost they quoted me is around 12,500. Its a good price but more importantly, is that a good idea/treatment plan?

I am also trying to contact/work with other clinics. Got another quote from Minish in Korea and they just wanted to do 8 Vaneers on the top and 8 Vaneers on the bottom for 15,000 USD... I am concerned that won't fix the bite forces and lead to premature failure of the Vaneers.

I am missing the bottom lest most molar. Had it removed years ago because my wisdom tooth on that side caused it to grow in crooked and it was damaging the tooth next to it. Hasn't bothered me and the tooth above it has extended down. Not sure if I should do anything about that or if it is fine as is/won't cause any issues.
