I'm currently working on my own SMP/RP lobby, and I need some advice for what to add to it.

Currently, it's an (unfinished) SMP with roleplay aspects, where you can choose to join 1 of 6 insect colonies to be part of. Each insect has their own stats, abilities, and home base. There's also custom tools, items, mobs, and armor.

I have some questions about SMP lobbies that would help me with my lobby if answered;

1: When you first join an SMP lobby, what do you usually expect to see?

2: If you play SMP lobbies often, what things about them annoy you, and what do you want to see improved in them?

3: What codes do most, if not all SMP lobbies have?

4: Do SMPs need a lot of admins, or is a chronically online owner (me) enough?

5: If you own a popular SMP lobby, how long did it take for you to develop it? Additionally, what about your lobby made it popular?
