Bathroom Sink Gap
We just had a new vanity installed, and due to either the vanity not being perfectly square, the wall, or a combination of both, it doesn’t sit completely flush against the wall. We didn’t expect it to be perfect, but this is what we ended up with.
That said, what’s the best way to address the gap? It’s not large enough for anything to fall down the side, but it is large enough to allow water in and is noticeable aesthetically.
I don’t have a measuring tape handy, but the sink is roughly two inches below the outlet. Do sidesplashes come in narrower widths? Similarly, for the back, are there narrower backsplash options? The sink’s drain mechanism is fairly close to the wall behind the faucet, so I’m wondering if a standard backsplash would even work there.
This is our first bathroom remodel, so we’re learning as we go!
Thanks for your help.
