very recently I had created a post on this exact subreddit, saying I'm hosting a free newsletter growth call

which will be about 35-45 minutes. I got about 10 people interested to join (from people who just launched a month ago to people having 2k+ subs)

the problem that's really bad is the timing. different time zones, availability etc.

So, the timing is confirmed at 10:30 AM EST, this friday (8th MAY)

the call will be focusing on different strategies to grow a newsletter, positioning, how to gain subscribers and increase open rates and etc, and its completely free. just a group call where we share and discuss strategies and worked for each other.

I recently started a newsletter and I’m trying to grow it to 500+ next month.

(niche -> indie hackers, solo builders)

Instead of guessing what works, I want to learn directly from someone who has already done this.

So I was thinking of organizing a small, focused call (30 to 45 mins) where:

• 1 experienced newsletter operator shares what’s actually worked for them (growth, positioning, content, etc.)
• A few of us join, ask questions, and learn together

and in return,

• I’ll handle organizing everything
• Keep it structured and respectful of time
• Share notes / key takeaways with everyone
