Sweat & Tonic Payroll
I just got this a few weeks ago: “I wanted to flag a small payroll error on our end - it looks like you were paid $X but you have not worked this pay period. Would you be able to e-transfer that back to accounting@sweatandtonic.com when you get a chance? Totally understand if you need a few days.”
Anyone else who works at Sweat and Tonic get these messages? It’s not my first time either. I haven’t worked there in months after quitting because it’s toxic as fuck there, and now they’re emailing me stupid ass payroll errors. Real talk to any lawyers out there - what if I don’t etransfer them back? Are they going to sue me for my hundreds of dollars? How much time do I have?
Also, PS to the readers- Everything you read online about the COO spending hours microscoping guests through the security cameras is a hundred percent FACTSS. And yes, the owner knows and supports but he’s also too busy siphoning money to his RFMD sugar baby. Go to another other gym in Toronto for god’s sake. There’s a good reason why ALLL of their top and OG instructors are leaving to Solis. They seen the sausage being made and it ain’t cute
