How and when to start

I’m 5’8 and I was 260lbs and I’m down to 225lbs and have already at least doubled or more on every exercise I do. I was looking into doing a cycle when I hit around 210lbs. I’m completely new to this and have no idea where to start or what would be the best T to use or what sites to do my research on and which would help me lean out a little more without effing up my body in the long run. Or should I not do any and stay natty
