Hi all! I am starting cosmetology school in September. I just got off the phone with the financial advisor. The cost of the entire program is roughly 22k. I got 9.5k in aid and now have to figure out what I will be doing to pay the rest of it. I got offered 2.6k in unsubsidized loans and then 4.8k in subsidized loans. Would it just be more beneficial to take out my own loan or should I just accept their offer. I am just concerned about having to pay back a crazy amount every month while also going to school Monday-Friday. I am sorry if this isn't the right place to ask!! TYIA!!
