Wall paneling recreation

Hello. I would like to recreate this horizontal line of the exact shape as the existing one.

Was this pattern popular in the NL? Is this something I can still buy or this is unique do the house and I need a plasterer to make a special order.

Also any recommendation of who I can buy it from?
If I can recreate the bottom one too, it would be great.

Thank you.

Arches and paneling

Hello, I have few questions.

  1. Arches seems to be partially from wood and the very top, most detailed part from plaster/gypsum.
Can I safely sandblast them with damaging the plaster?
I don’t want to use any paint strippers or heat gun. Doors already costed me too much of my life.

  2. This line along the hallway is I think made of plaster/gypsum. I struggle to find this exact profile.
What are my options? Do I need to take a mold of it and then pure the quick setting gypsum to it? Do it needs to be reinforced inside? Or how were these things made on the first place?

  3. I want to use this line to do the panelling across whole hallway but I’m not sure about proportions.
It is on 2.78 (85cm) whereas the hallway is 11.48 (3.5m).
Not sure is this not suppose to be taller.
Height of other floors get lower tho 10.48 (3.2m), and then 8.85 (2.7m) all the way up.
    Any thoughts/experience to share?

  4. I wanted to do bottom cream and top white. Usually panels are white top or some other colour, but I don’t want to make the space too dark.
    Will reversed colours look odd?

Old wooden staircase

What would you do with this staircase?
I have 4 floors of it. Looks like someone painted it back in the day, next owner tried to clean it but job was only half done. I can remove remaining paint but main concern is that the wood is tinted white. Also this old pieces of paint in the corners and cracks test positive for lead, so I can’t really sand it, and I have a newborn moving in in 9mo.

Edit: more pics in the comments. As you all say, majority of work is done. I guess I’ll use chemical first, then try to carefully sand what’s there without the power tools or even with wet sandpaper, then oil them.
