Phorcydes PH4B arrived in the mail

My Phorcydes PH4B finally arrived. It seems I'm one of the 30 people who don't have a signed clasp or crown.
Regarding the watch itself—case, movement, and everything else—I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything is as it should be and where it should be, including the bezel, which seems centered, the brushing, and the polished parts, etc. After a short time, the timekeeping is around +5/secs, so I'm satisfied in that respect. I don't love that the ST2130 has a ghost position, but it's true that it doesn't seem to have a date wheel, because I don't notice the date popping up when I turn it. It's a shame the crown isn't signed; that's a blunder on their part, but it's not the worst mistake, something that keeps me up at night.
The bad part is the bracelet. It's what somewhat ruins the experience. Has the same feeling of a cheaper Alix metal bracelet, OTF clasp is clearly better than the rest, which makes the overall a bit mediocre, I would say: "It's ok and no more". Needless to say, the end links aren't designed for the case you could see clearly that goes out and don't follow case form. This is my only real complaint, I'd like to know what u/MindAdmirable1793 thinks about this, should I open a case with support for that?; And yes, the clasp isn't signed.
Noticed that instead of a stem with spring integrated, the part that hold in the clasp are 3 pieces, 2 for each plus a spring, that's the first time in my life that see that...
IMO If you sell something with certain characteristics and then it has others, the normal thing to do is fix it and not charge for shipping. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes; I've already paid what they asked for. I think that given the circumstances "I'm releasing a new bracelet, and many customers watches still haven't arrived" because I shipped them late—the least they could do is offer a complete new bracelet (end links/bracelet/signed clasp) for $15. That's where I see justification for the shipping. That's what many Chinese companies in the sector would have done, but as I undertood, they will send you only the clasp, isn't?
Anyway, I like the dial and the watch itself, I'm somewhat happy with it and I appreciate that a representative is on the forum showing their face and trying to reply, that's positive, but there are things to improve phorcydes.
Edit: I didn't receive an extra strap and the screwdriver is bigger than the screw uses the bracelet.
