All good bg before surgery, all good after it while I healed(for ten days), yesterday the doctor took out the suture, it healed nicely and finally over, but now my bg is super high since it. Pretty shit, since I couldnt get a good sleep, and I needed about four times the usual shot to get it down from breakfast.

It used to have clubcards, but now its just applications, and its way too tempting to use my phone between sets(and I cant leave in the locker room, because I open the locker with my phone).

I mostly just use my phone to that.
