In your guys opinions what was your favorite and least favorite jobs/tasks to do at DSG?

Finally accepted another job offer. If there are any questions for a former API/Front End TL/Hardlines TL from complex & high shrink stores let me hear them.
Leaving after realizing Walmart has left the sales floor team out to dry everywhere and be used as OPD associates while expecting all tasks to still be completed. Overnight Team leaving all GM freight unworked and untouched with them being the only overstaffed team currently in the store. Surprisingly will miss Walmart overall but not the constant cleaning up after all other departments.

I just received a job offer as an external hire and was curious on anyone’s experience as a Team Captain overall and what the day to day responsibilities are for a Sport & Outdoor Team Captain?
