Hi everyone,
I’m selling products in France from another EU country and I recently found out about the French EPR/ROP registration requirements and eco-contributions.
Do I actually have a legal obligation to register and pay these fees if I’m selling to customers in France?
Have other sellers from Europe also registered and paid contributions, or are some of you selling without it?
I’d really appreciate hearing about your experiences and how strictly this is enforced. Thanks!
