Hello!! The NHS surgeon gave me the all clear to be put on the waiting list for a breast reduction. I’m so excited it’s been my dream to have one for years especially after seeing everyone’s results in this sub Reddit.

My only issue is the doctor said the waiting list is around 18 months :( Obviously I’m so grateful to have been accepted but I’m wondering if anyone else who got their’s done through the NHS were told a longer waiting time than what they actually waited.

I also would love to know what the actual process is? From the surgeon saying yes to actually getting the surgery, is there a significant amount of time between this or were your appointments staggered throughout the year? Thank you in advance !!!!!
