Man I was hoping I could make like 30 days.but on day 4 it wasn't urges but something came over me lllike I can start this over next day.and I relapsed that night.and the next day I did 2 times.i had somme anxiety in the morning too.Anyway any suggestions to move on and go for like 30. To 60 days.alsoo for the record I do have some heavy goals. Also I really wanna escape this because last year porn ruined my life.i really wanna escape. This
