My Motorola Edge 60 Fusion died completely after just 3 months — extremely disappointed
I bought the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion in February 2026 after seeing a lot of positive reviews about the clean UI, display, battery life, and overall value. On paper, the phone honestly looked great for the price, and initially my experience was actually pretty decent.
The display was good, performance was smooth for daily use, battery backup was solid, and the near-stock Android experience felt refreshing compared to other brands filled with bloatware.
But today, out of nowhere, the phone completely died.
I was using it normally — no gaming, no overheating, no water exposure, no physical damage, nothing unusual at all. Suddenly the screen froze, the phone switched off on its own, and since then it has become a total brick.
Things I’ve already tried:
- Holding power button for force restart
- Power + volume button combinations
- Charging with different chargers/cables
- Leaving it plugged in for a long time
Nothing works.
The phone:
- Doesn’t turn on
- Doesn’t show charging indication
- Doesn’t vibrate
- Doesn’t even respond to force restart
For a phone that is literally just 3 months old, this is completely unacceptable. A smartphone in 2026 should not randomly die under normal usage like this.
What frustrates me the most is that I trusted Motorola because of their reputation for reliability and clean software experience. But now I’m stuck with a dead phone and the stress of dealing with service centers, data loss, and warranty claims.
Honestly, this has completely shattered my confidence in Motorola devices. I expected occasional bugs maybe, but not complete hardware failure within 3 months.
Has anyone else faced similar issues with the Edge 60 Fusion or recent Motorola phones?
