I launched my product in February and as of 4/27, I had 10 5star reviews.
5/5/26 they are all gone. Amazon keeps citing, community guidelines and help articles. I have escalated the case, and they determined suspicious activity somehow.. new reviews also aren’t showing in addition to all my reviews being removed

Anyone been through something similar?

All of my reviews were verified purchases. I did not incentivize or pay anyone, truly!

New reviews not being posted is so concerning to me as well, it’s as if the suppression is lasting forever, and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my reviews back.
They don’t show up in my Seller Central at all.
