More than 3 weeks dodging a refund: Cancelled order immediately, but Insta360 refuses to provide the transaction ID (ARN). Anyone else experience this?

I'm posting to see if anyone else has dealt with this specific refund stalling tactic from Insta360 support and how you finally got your money back.
Here is my situation:
Order Cancelled Immediately: I placed an order for over $800 directly from their online store, but I cancelled it almost immediately. The package never even shipped out.
Internal "Approval": Their support system shows the refund was supposedly "Approved" internally over three weeks ago.
Dodging the Transaction ID: The money has not hit my credit card. I’ve been aggressively following up with their chat support for more than a week specifically asking for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or the gateway payment trace ID so my credit card company can actually locate the missing funds.
Stalling Tactics: Every single day, support gives me the exact same copy-paste response: "We will follow up with our finance team and get back to you." They outright refuse to provide the ID, and a rep even explicitly told me not to initiate a chargeback because it would "prolong the processing time."
It feels like they are deliberately running out the clock so that I miss my bank's dispute window.
My questions for the community:

  1. Has anyone else had Insta360 claim a refund was paid but then refuse to provide the actual transaction ID when pressed?
  2. How did you finally get it resolved? Did posting here help get the attention of higher-tier support, or did you just have to force a chargeback through your bank?
Thanks in advance. I'm incredibly frustrated and just want my money back.

Loop Trail to Grinnell Overlook vs. Grinnell Glacier Trail alone? + Motorcycle tips & looking for hiking partners (Aug 5–7)

Hey Everyone !

I’m a solo traveler riding my motorcycle out to Glacier National Park in early August and finalizing my hiking and riding plans.

I’m trying to avoid the 3-hour parking limit at Logan Pass, so right now I’m looking at hiking **The Loop -> Granite Park Chalet -> Grinnell Glacier Overlook** as an out-and-back (since The Loop lot has no time limit).

A few questions for the community:

  1. **The Route Dilemma:** For those who have climbed from The Loop: is that 4-mile uphill slog worth it? If it’s miserable, should I test my luck trying to grab shuttle tickets instead so I can do the **Logan Pass -> Highline -> Overlook -> down to The Loop** ?

  2. **Redundancy:** If I already plan on hiking the classic **Grinnell Glacier Trail** out of Many Glacier, is adding the Grinnell Overlook redundant, or are both worth doing? Are there any timed parking restrictions at Grinnell Overlook like Logan pass ?

  3. **Motorcycle Tips:** Any advice for riding Going-to-the-Sun Road or parking a bike at trailheads? Specifically curious about riding gear / luggage safety at parking while I hike, wind on the pass , any off beat places worth exploring by motorcycle ?

  4. **Looking for Hiking Partners (Aug 5, 6, or 7):** I’d love to group up with other hikers for bear safety on either trail. I’m flexible to hike on **August 5th, 6th, or 7th**. If anyone is heading out on those days and wouldn't mind an extra solo hiker tagging along, please let me know—I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance!
